The vision behind Gatea is to bring the elegance and spiritual essence of ancient Greek myths into everyday life. These candles do more than just create an atmosphere, they engage your senses and quietly nurture your spirit in a way that feels personal and real.
We built the whole brand around that idea: clean packaging that looks beautiful on any shelf, hand drawn illustrations of four goddesses, and characters chosen to match each scent. Eos - Mint for that fresh dawn energy, Athena - Sandal for grounded wisdom, Aphrodite - Rose for soft confidence, and Artemis - Lavender for calm self discovery.
The Gatea logomark combines the letter G with the elegant curve of a half-arch. This minimalist gate shape represents a doorway into the mystical world of mythology.
The Gatea wordmark is crafted using a refined glyphic typeface that echoes the timeless elegance of ancient stone inscriptions. Wide letter spacing and clean lines create a sense of air and elevated quality.
We create hand-drawn illustrations with a careful balance of empty space and line thickness.
Each box includes a dedicated note written as if Gatea herself is sharing a quiet word with you. Presented as a delicate quad-folded card, the design invites a moment of discovery as you unfold the text. We shaped both the visuals and the narratives to create a personal, intimate connection between the scent and the spirit.
